Let’s Fix What Isn’t Working.
A professional opinion
on your website copy.
Copy Audit
For the business owners who can feel there’s a disconnect but can’t quite figure out what it is.
You love your website, but it’s not converting the way you hoped.
Are people landing on your website and just leaving? Are they not even getting there in the first place?
Maybe you’ve written and rewritten it seventeen times and it’s still not right.
This is totally normal! And it’s probably because you’re just too close to your own words to figure out where you’re losing your audience.
That’s where I come in.
I’ll go through your website and copy with just as much care and attention as you do, but with a strategic and unbiased eye.
When I’m done, you’ll get professional insight into what’s working, what’s not, and what to fix first.
What’s Included:
A full audit of your website copy (up to 5 pages)
Feedback on clarity, flow, and readability
Review of basic SEO aspects, such as keyword usage, headers, and meta descriptions
Specific recommendations that you can implement right away
A written report with my commentary and suggestions on what you can do to fix what’s broken

I read through your site page by page like a potential customer would. Then I look at it with my professional copywriter's eye.
I look at your messaging, structure, calls to action, and overall clarity. You'll get a full written report with specific notes and suggestions, not just "this is good" or "this needs work."
-
The audit itself is feedback and strategy, not a rewrite. But if you fall in love with the idea of having me fix it all for you (it happens), we can absolutely make that happen!
Just let me know and we can go over which package works best for your situation. All audit clients get priority on my calendar and 50% of your audit price will be applied to your copy package.

Your friend is (hopefully) nice to you. I'm going to tell you the truth.
I’ll still be nice, but I’m not just going to tell you it looks good because I like you. When I look at your copy, I’m looking at it through the lens of the psychology and strategy that make people buy. I know what turns visitors away in the first five seconds and what search engines and AI crawlers are looking for when indexing your site, too. That's the difference between feedback and strategy.
-
Nope! When you book your audit, you’ll be prompted to schedule a call. Whether you want to actually meet for that call is up to you.
If you don’t want to meet, just click that button and I’ll make a note of your preference. After that, I’ll get to work using the information you provide on the intake form. All feedback is delivered in writing via Google Doc, so you can review it on your own time.
Of course, if you want to chat beforehand, we can!

Typically 5-7 business days from the time I receive your website link and payment. Need it faster? Reach out! For a $50 rush fee, we can bump up the timeline.
Client Reviews
“Simplicity takes skill, and Amanda makes copywriting seem so simple. Her years of experience make her fast, too — so fast that I feel like her content strategy sessions are a steal. My only regret is that I wish I’d reached out to her sooner because it would’ve saved me time and frustration!
— Sarah Zero, Wellstruck“There was so much value in having Amanda go through my existing copy, ensuring it makes sense from an unbiased perspective, helping to make it easier for my potential clients to read and absorb, and most of all, this was a HUGE boost to my confidence. The reassurance and support are invaluable.”
— Beck Stavely, beckstavely.com“It was such a blast getting to work with Amanda. Her work totally elevated the final product -- it came together so well! I sometimes help clients with copy, but I legit couldn't have done this one without her. I just want to thank her again for making the copy process so easy from start to finish!”
